ReplyDeletethere are lot of overseas education consultants in punjab who sell the package that includes the tuition fees and other expenses. Is it wise to go to those consultants or to the consultants who charge a meagre consulting fees for their services. Do the colleges pay the agents for their services. If yes, then why do the agents charge the students.

ReplyDeleteNo consultant is authorised to collect the tuition fees from the student. The consultant can collect the fees in a form of a Demand Draft and then send the same to the college/university. A wire transfer is also advisable.
Consultants would charge consulting fees from you and guide you through the entire process.
To promote International education, some colleges might pay the consultants, and ofcourse it is unfair to charge the students in this case.
